You hereby grant ManifestHer Media and its affiliates, subsidiaries, partners, and assigns (collectively referred to as "the Company"), the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use, reproduce, distribute, and display my image, likeness, voice, photographs, images, and messages (collectively referred to as "Materials") in connection with the podcast series titled "Seen, Heard, and Profitable" and across all platforms owned or operated by the Company, including but not limited to, websites, social media channels, marketing materials, and promotional campaigns.

You understand and agree that the Company shall have the right to edit, alter, modify, or adapt the Materials at its discretion, and to use the Materials in whole or in part, without any obligation to me. I waive any right to inspect or approve the final version of the Materials.

You acknowledge that my participation in the podcast series is voluntary and that I will not receive any compensation for the use of the Materials. You hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of or in connection with the use of the Materials.

You represent and warrant that I have the legal right to grant the rights and permissions set forth in this release and that the Materials do not infringe upon the rights of any third party.

This release shall be binding upon me and my heirs, legal representatives, and assigns. You understand that this release is perpetual and shall remain in full force and effect unless revoked by me in writing.
